Michael Rocha is the co-founder of Openwater, Inc. Openwater was founded to build next-generation service networks. Prior to founding Openwater, Mr. Rocha served on the Executive Committee of Oracle Corporation. As Oracle’s Executive Vice President of Global Support Services and Platform Technology, Mr. Rocha managed the largest enterprise software service business in the world. He currently serves on the board of Ingres Corporation.
