Timothy Chou is also a co-founder of Openwater, Inc. Prior to founding Openwater, he served as President of Oracle On Demand. Oracle On Demand provides business software as a service to more than 250,000 corporate users worldwide. His career spans over 20 years in the software business and he recently authored the book, The End of Software. He has taught at Stanford University for over 15 years and recently launched the first course in Software as a Service.
